So I figured I would share 23 free things to do at Disney Springs. That’s right, not one of these will cost you a dime other than the cost of getting to Disney Springs itself. We are both always looking for free things to do at Disney Springs.

Use offline maps in Google Maps

There are some fun and free ways to celebrate the holidays at Disney Springs and the Christmas Tree Trail is one of them. Basically, it’s a trail of Christmas trees set up within Disney Springs that are all decorated with a flair of Disney. For example, in the past, we have seen a Disney’s Robin Hood Christmas Tree, a Toy Story Christmas Tree, and obviously Mickey and Minnie Trees. It’s a lot of fun and will really get you in the mood for the season.

If you happen to miss it, fret not for there’s also a simulation available at the entrance. You will see gigantic Christmas trees with eye-catching themes like the Mickey and Minnie tree, the Chocolate tree, Disney’s Robin Hood Christmas Tree and the Toy Story Christmas Tree. The Disney Springs Christmas Tree Stroll is usually presented by AdventHealth. Walk by the famous Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop to score a couple free samples of chocolate.

We’ve found so many fun things to do at Disney Springs and the nightlife is wonderful. But what really gets me revved is finding new, fun, and free things to do around any of the parks. Get travel times and directions to places you might go next, like your home, work, or calendar appointments.

Add multiple destinations in Google Maps

Under “Recommended maps,” you can find offline maps to download. With lively music, family activities, scenic water views, and surprises around every corner, you can easily spend an entire day enjoying Disney Springs for free. Cooling off at these free spots could be a great way to add some extra fun to your Disney trip! If visiting Disney Springs with little ones, remember to pack towels and a change of clothes.

Christmas Tree Trail

This interactive play area features Donald Duck and Daisy Duck sculptures that spray mini water fountains for toddlers to waddle through. You can also browse various Disney Springs restaurants without dining. Hosts are generally happy to let you look around before committing to a meal.

Another popular water attraction is the statue of Stitch that spits water in front of World of Disney. Kids love rushing to get wet as Stitch shoots streams out towards them. It’s the largest Disney Store on planet earth and has a little bit of everything that you are looking for, from Disney housewares to Disney Clothing to Star Wars and Marvel toys. Also, now that it has been newly renovated it is structured even better than before. This is a definite must-do anyway and whether you bring money here or not there is a TON to browse through.

Understand Google Maps app features

If your internet connection is slow or unavailable, your offline maps can guide you to your destination as long as the entire route is within the offline map.
